We have had such a good time here in New Mexico. Our festivities started with the building of Olivia's first Gingerbread house. I must say that I was spent more time frustrated with the gingerbread house than anything, but Olivia loved every second of it.

For Christmas Eve dinner we did the traditional tamales. This year however we (meaning just about everyone but me) made them from scratch. We had a great assembly line and everything. The tamales are delicious. They were definitely worth the time spent making them.

Olivia was so cute this year. She really loved talking about Santa and learning all about how he brings her presents. She was very excited to leave Santa cookies and Rudolph a carrot.

I had to take one last picture before they went to sleep on Christmas Eve. Olivia was so excited, it took her a while to actually get to sleep.

AND NOW FOR CHRISTMAS MORNING!!!!
Olivia was so excited to see what Santa brought for her

Isaac was very interested in everything going on, but really he loved all the bows and wrapping paper.

This next picture is of Megan trying on her gift from Maria.... Very Sexy don't you think?

One of Olivia's favorite presents was her Belle doll from Grandma and Papa

this is how she spent the rest of Christmas morning

The dogs

Olivia helping make cookies

A walk with papa... she looks way to big for that stroller

This is actually Christmas Eve. We didn't have enough children for a live nativity so Glenn read and Olivia used pieces from a nativity to act it out.

This is the only picture of all of us together

Isaac and Maria's big Christmas present from William and Lacey

One of the funniest presents this Christmas (a classic Isaac quote)

Aside from spending Christmas with some of my favorite people, the best part of my Christmas was my gift from Glenn, Rich and Julie. A NEW SEWING MACHINE! I can't wait to use it. I started crying as soon as I opened it. Some of you may know that Charlotte (my old off brand sewing machine) died a little while ago. It was a sad day in the Hasler home. I thought I was going to have to wait until Glenn graduated to get a new one. But to my everlasting joy, Bridgette the Brother has joined the family.

This is what Isaac spent Christmas morning doing

Grandpa opening his presents

We had such a fantastic Christmas Morning. I hope everyone else did to!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I can testify that Bridgette is amazing. I can't wait to see what kind of projects the two of you churn out!
